An orientation session on Massive Open Online Courses offered by various organisations and platforms were familiarised to the first semester students by Dr Mridula K. The structure of the courses advantages of participating in MOOCs, possibilities and provisions for credit transfer were elaborated. The students registered in SWAYAM platform with the help of the coordinator and the teachers in charge of the session. The session started at !0.00 am and concluded at 11.30 am. All the students participated in the orientation and registration.
