Young Innovators Programme (YIP) 8.0 – School Category State Evaluation
Dr. K. S. Sajan, Assistant Professor, NSS Training College, Ottapalam, participated as an Evaluator in the Young Innovators Programme (YIP) 8.0 – School Category State Evaluation, conducted under the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC).
The State Evaluation was held on 10 January 2026 at Govt. Moyan Model Girls Higher Secondary School (GMMG HSS), Palakkad. The programme aimed to identify, assess, and support innovative projects presented by school-level students as part of YIP 8.0.
Dr. K. S. Sajan contributed to the evaluation process by assessing student innovations as per the prescribed criteria and offering academic and practical feedback to encourage young innovators. His involvement supported the objectives of the Government of Kerala in strengthening creativity, problem-solving skills, and innovation culture among school students.
The participation of Dr. K. S. Sajan as an evaluator reflects the institution’s commitment to academic extension activities and involvement in state-level educational innovation programmes.
