College union and arts club of NSS Training College Ottapalam celebrated Kerala piravi and malayala bhasha varacharanam . College union chairman Sri navaneeth Krishnan presided the function and was inaugurated by College principal Dr Ampili Aravind. Arts club advisor Smt. Lekshmi V, staff secretary Dr Devika R , Dr. Suresh Kumar k and UUC Sri. Manikandan S felicitated the function. Union vice chairperson kum Anusree G rendered the vote of thanks. Student teachers performed different cultural events like thiruvathira, naadan paattu, oppana, vanchi pattu, Kavya keli, and Kavya avishkaram. On November 6th as part of Malayalam Bhasha varacharanam, cultural heritage of Kerala was exhibited and Malayala Sree competition was conducted. On November 7th a program named Desathe Aryan was conducted in which the cultural, social and literary heritage of Ottapalam was discussed. On the same day a reading competition was conducted. On November 8 th kavi arangu was held and handwriting competition was conducted.
