The psychology workshop aimed to introduce participants to a variety of psychological tools and techniques that can be applied in personal and professional contexts. The workshop was designed to be both informative and interactive, providing attendees with hands-on experience in using these tools. Dr. Seema Menon K P, Professor of Education of our college was the Resource Person for the workshop.
The week-long workshop conducted from 3rd July to 10th July 2024, demonstrated the remarkable effectiveness of various psychological tools in fostering personal and professional development. The tools introduced—Sensory Modality Preference Inventory, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Honey and Mumford Learning Styles Questionnaire, and Emotional Intelligence Assessment—each contributed significantly to enhancing self-awareness, learning strategies, and interpersonal relationships among participants.
The workshop successfully demonstrated the transformative power of psychological tools in enhancing self-awareness, learning capabilities, and emotional intelligence. Each tool provided valuable insights and practical strategies that participants could integrate into their daily lives, fostering a continuous journey of personal and professional development.
