Program on YIP

 A session on awareness and registration for YIP was conducted on 06-03-2024 at the college auditorium for B Ed., M Ed., and Ph.D. scholars. Mr.Abijith  C., YIP Coordinator, of Ottapalam Municipality, and  Mr. Pranav P., YIP Coordinator, of Pattambi Municipality were the resource persons for the session. A detailed introduction about YIP was given by Mr. Abijith C . 193 students participated in the program and registered in YIP. Ms Amaya from B Ed.welcomed the resource persons and the students and Mrs, Karthika from M Ed. delivered the vote of thanks

Inauguration of National Seminar at Maha Jubilee Training College Mullurkkara

Principal Prof (Dr ) Ampili Aravind inaugurated the one day National seminar on Quality Enhancement in Education: Current Trends Challenges and Strategies conducted at Maha Jubilee Training College Mullurkkara

FIRST SEMESTER B ED RESULT ANALYSIS 2023-25 BATCH

97 students attended in the examination. Fasna K. T., Haritha K., and Greeshma M. of Natural Science Option secured the first, second, and third positions among college toppers with scores of 88.2, 88, and 87.2, respectively. Out of the total students, 75 (77%) achieved distinction (75% or higher). 

Despite all other students obtaining first-class scores, only 94 students successfully passed the examination. In the Mathematics option, one student failed in Paper 1, while two students in the Social Science Optional failed in Paper 2, with one of them also failing in Optional Paper 5. Additionally, one student in Natural Science did not participate in Optional Paper 5. A detailed result analysis, including graphical representation, is provided below.

Handing over the Edited Book

Dr Lekshmi V handed over the Edited Book Reforming Disabilities in Special Education to College Principal Prof (Dr) Ampili Aravind for the college library.

RESULT ANALYSIS

Result analysis of the external theory  examination of natural science students for the paper 3 School organisation shows that 94 percentage of students got distinction and all other students got first class

Women Empowerment Week Competitions - Winners

DWMS Registration campaign

On 28th February 2024, NSS Training College, Ottapalam organized a DWMS registration campaign for students. It is part of the Nava Kerala Mission initiated by the Kerala Government. The event took place in the General Hall. Two team members guided students through the registration process using a specific app designed to help them secure jobs.  Students were given awareness about the program and were encouraged and guided to participate and register. The details of the students were recorded, and felicitation was given by the student coordinator.

B Ed theory Exam Valuation Camp Meeting

A meeting was conducted for the examiners of B.Ed theory paper valuation under the chairmanship of Dr. Ampli Aravind, the camp chairman. Some teachers spoke about the positive atmosphere of the camp. Dr. K S. Sajan welcomed the gathering. After the meeting, a photo session was arranged.

Invited Lecture by Prof (Dr). K. P. Meera on Revitalizing quality initiatives within higher education institutions on 16/2/2024

An invited lecture on revitalising quality initiatives for higher education institutions was given by Prof ( Dr) K P  Meera, Retd Professor, Department of Education, University of Calicut.

There were separate sessions & orientation classes for Students, teachers & non teaching staff. Sessions were highly informative.
