The screening of the documentary 'Nilayude Theerath' (On the Shores of Nila) was conducted today, August 9, 2024, at 9:30 am in the General Hall, under the auspices of the Film Club. The program was coordinated by Dr. Mridula K, Dr. Sankarakaranarayanan Paleeri, and Smt. Seema C. The documentary was crafted by a team comprising Shri. Abhiram V, Shri. Akshay S, Shri.Krishnajith. Ms. Sandra K K,and Ms. Praveena P.
The event commenced with the prayer followed by a welcome address by Praveena P. Prof.(Dr.)Smitha R., the Principal-in-Charge, delivered the presidential address, acknowledging the efforts of the documentary crew. Dr. Mridula K. and Sandra K. K. then offered the felicitations.
The documentary screening followed, captivating the students with its portrayal of River Nila, one of Kerala's most treasured waterways. The program concluded with a vote of thanks from Krishnajith. All the teachers and students of both B.Ed. and M.Ed batches of the college participated in the event, making it a grand success.
