ദേശീയ ബഹിരകാശ ദിനം ആഘോഷിച്ചു 

23/08/2024 വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച NSS ട്രെയിനിങ് കോളേജിൽ ദേശിയ ബഹിരകാശ ദിനം ആഘോഷിച്ചു . കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ ഇൻചാർജ് Prof. (Dr.) സ്മിത R പ്രസ്തുത പരിപാടി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.തുടർന്ന് 'PLACE UNKNOWN' എന്ന ഹ്രസ്വ ചലച്ചിത്രം പ്രദർശിപ്പിച്ചു. ശേഷം വിവിധ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കളായ നീരജ,രാഹുൽ, ജാസ്മിൻ, അനഘ എന്നിവർ ബഹിരകാശ വിഷയവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വ്യത്യസ്ത ആശയങ്ങൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു.മാത്‍സ് ഓപ്ഷണൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി സ്നേഹ National Space day 2024 theme "Touching lives while touching the moon: India's space saga" ൽ Thought for the day അവതരിപ്പിച്ചു. സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ അഡ്വൈസർ Dr ഷീബ കൃഷ്ണൻ ന്റെ സഹകരണത്തോടെയാണ് പരിപാടി നടത്തിയത്. കോളേജ് അധ്യാപികയും സയൻസ് ക്ലബ്‌ സംഘാടകയുമായ Dr.അനു S സ്വാഗത പ്രസംഗം നടത്തി, സ്റ്റുഡന്റ് കോർഡിനേറ്റർ അശോക് കെ ടി സദസിന് നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞു.

NSS Training College Ottapalam bags NAAC A+ grade with CGPA 3.40

NSS Training College Ottapalam won  A+ grade in the third cycle  of NAAC reaccreditation with CGPA 3.40.  NAAC peer team visited the college on the 17th and 18th of July.  Prof. (Dr) Arumugam   Muthumanickam of Madhura Kamaraj University was the chairman, The Dean and Prof. (Dr) Gavisiddappa R Angadi of Central University Karnataka was its member Co-Ordinator And Dr. Mukund Pondhe Principal of SSB College of Education was a member of the NAAC peer team.  This is the highest grade and score in the history of B.Ed colleges in Kerala.

The first NAAC cycle in the college was in 2005.  In the cycle, the college won B++ grade. In 2016 the college was awarded with  A grade in the second cycle. Since 2018 our college has been recognised as a research centre.  Now here are 43 research scholars.

All teachers, Non-teaching staff, and all students took part in the NAAC procedures led by Principal Prof. (Dr) Ampili Aravind, NAAC Co-Ordinator Prof. (Dr) Seema Menon K.P and IQAC Co-Ordinator  Dr.K.S Sajan.  we got all the support from the management for this glorious achievement.
