NSS Training College, Ottapalam,
celebrated its annual Talents Day on 12th and 13th
October 2023.This event provided an exceptional platform for students to
exhibit their diverse talents through visual presentations. The program
commenced with an opening prayer, followed by a warm welcome by Dr.Aswathy K S,
fine arts Coordinator. Prof (Dr.) Ampili Aravind, the college Principal,
delivered the inaugural address. Dr. K.S. Sajan (IQAC Coordinator), Dr. Lakshmi
V (Staff Secretary), and Sri. Suresh Kumar K, (Head Accountant), graced the
occasion with their felicitations. Various departments and students took turns
performing, showcasing an array of talents, including poetry recitations,
songs, dances, book reviews, film reviews, mimicry, mono act and more.
On the first day, the English department
initiated the program, and three additional departments followed. The day
culminated with a vibrant display of talents. The second day began with the
Physical Science department, and subsequently, the remaining departments
delivered captivating performances. The program concluded with a heartfelt vote
of thanks by Dr. Anjana B. Nair, fine arts Advisor. The event emphasized the importance
of Talents Day in fostering self-confidence and celebrating the diverse talents
within the academic community.
